Account Executive

As an Account Executive, Kelly’s focus is on alternative energy, public education, and community relations. She has a B.S. degree in Wildlife Biology from the University of Missouri and a Masters degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.

Before joining the Environmental PR Group, Kelly spent 5 years working as a conservation and environmental educator at Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay. There, she traveled extensively making live appearances with animals, including national appearances on shows like The Ellen DeGeneres Show, CNN Headline News, The Daily Buzz and The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet.

Kelly most recently filmed “Adventure Camp,” a children’s reality series that aired on the Discovery Kids channel. This 15-week series followed eight children from the UK and the US to exciting Florida destinations where they experienced wildlife and conservation adventures up close and personal.

In 2003, Kelly won Animal Planet’s King of the Jungle reality series, where she competed against 12 animal experts from around the country. After winning the competition, she hosted a one-hour special on Animal Planet that was filmed on location in the Masai Mara animal preserve in Kenya.
