Sandra brings more than 20 years experience in public and media relations, marketing and strategic communications planning to the agency.
Prior to joining EPR Group, Sandra served in various leadership positions within the City of Tampa Water Department for almost 9 years. Her positions ranged from Communications Manager to Deputy Director. Most recently, she was the City's Reclaimed Water and Continuous Improvement Manager.
Before joining the City, she also served as the Manager for the Communications and Community Affairs Department for 6 years at the Southwest Florida Water Management District. There she was responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring a $2.9 million annual communications budget.
She holds a Master’s of Public Administration, a Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology, and dual Associate’s in Public and Media Relations. Sandra is Accredited by the Public Relations Society of America, and is an active member in several volunteer organizations.
