We work for people we like and causes we believe in, so you can guess that we work with people we like, too. We add a new staff member only when we can all agree that the person belongs with us. We like a moderately stable staff with moderately unstable personalities. We mean that in the best professional sense. A few ground rules:

  • Candidates must have environmental experience. This can include government, private sector, nonprofit or even documented volunteer service, but it is not negotiable.

  • Candidates should not have to drive more than 20 miles to get to work. More than that and you are adding to the pollution problem!

  • Candidates must demonstrate an ability to innovate, work independently and recognize/sieze an opportunity when it’s presented. (You figure out how to show us this.)
